• to attract attention of Public authorities, civil Institutions, professionals, researchers and policy-makers to urgent problems of mental health and psychosocial support in Ukraine

• to provide a platform for dissemination of ideas and development of network of Community Mental Health researchers, practitioners and policy-makers

• to elucidate multi-disciplinary, transdisciplinary and multicultural aspects and solutions related to Community-based MHPSS

Head of the Coordination Center for Mental Health of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukrainе and Head of NGO «Barrier-Free»

Expert on social transformations, strategic communications specialist. Has a degree in philology and political science. Studied state and public management and administration. Experience in communications and political consulting, creation and management of PR- and GR-units, media process organization, running of reputation management campaigns. Senior positions in the media, civil service, non-governmental organizations.

Pětr Nawka, M.D.

Psychiatrist, psychotherapist and the expert of my own experience with mental health problems. I am the Chair of the Association for Mental Health Integra in Slovakia and I live and work in Slovakia and Germany. My main interest is in searching for and experiencing the generation/realization of our human mental health potential and a meaningful life through the tetralogue (relevant communication and partnership of four parts: first, people, who need to live a more integrated and less stigmatized life in their community; second, their families/friends/peers, third, professionals, and fourth, society from local community to the international level). The topic of my presentation is empowerment and recovery through peer-involvement in community mental health- network building

Dr. Joshua Kreimeyer PhD, LPC, LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor

Dr. Joshua Kreimeyer is a Professor in the Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Colorado Christian University in Denver, Colorado. I'm also work at faculty at the Міжнародний Інститут Післядипломної Освіти in Kyiv. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and served in the US Army as a Linguist and deployed to Kosovo (1999) and Iraq (2003). I have worked in community-based outpatient clinics, private practice, a residential drug and alcohol program within the US Bureau of Prisons, and several years as a Family Therapist within the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Also have been a part of advocacy efforts in the United States and Ukraine, for effective mental health services and access to care for military veterans and their families.

Thomas Weber

Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, head of the Institute for Neuropsychotherapy Vienna. Founder and international training director of Traumafokus® and Painfokus®, study director of pain therapy at the SysTelios Clinic in Germany (2016-2018), couples therapist, further training in pain psychotherapy at the German Society for Psychological Pain Therapy and Research (DGPSF), founding member of the German Society for Psychotraumatology and Violence Research (GPTG), founding member of the EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy), lecturer at various specialist institutions (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Ukraine) in the field of psychotraumatology and pain psychotherapy, member of the German Pain Society (DSG), lecturer of the German Society for Psychological Pain Therapy and Pain Research (DGPSF), book author of Traumafokus.

Dr. Alina Garbuz

PhD is Clinical Traumatologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, Amen Clinics Certified Brain Health Coach and Professional Life Coach who runs her private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her co-therapist golden retriever Nala. Dr. Garbuz specializes in PTSD, Complex Trauma, Attachment and Relational Trauma, Suicide and Traumatic Bereavement, Disaster Trauma and International Trauma.

Kseniia Voznitsyna
Founder and director of the Center for Mental Health and Rehabilitation "Lisova Polyana" of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, neurologist Author of the organizational model for establishing mental health recovery centers for war victims in Ukraine. An expert in the study and treatment of post-communication syndrome ("contusion" - the autograph of war). Leader in the organization of mental health rehabilitation for veterans. Trainer, author of manuals and publications on working with war trauma and integration of society and veterans.

Acceptance/Rejection (for publication)

All research papers will be evaluated by international recognized scholars (from Universities of Belgium, Canada, Greece, Netherlands, Portugal) in a double blind reviewing process and research papers will be selected according to the international research standard.
